For GYPSY during GYPSY PARTNERS BIRTHDAY PARTY 2025 we delivered a comprehensive two-day corporate event project, including stage design and full technical production across five activity zones.The scope of work included the creative design of the gala dinner stage, as well as the delivery, installation, and on-site technical support of audiovisual systems in the main hall (LED screens, lighting, sound system, and compliance with the artist’s technical rider), a conference hall dedicated to team building, an outdoor lounge area with a DJ performance, a beach workshop zone with a DJ set, and an afterparty area by the campfire.The project was delivered in Warsaw, PL in close cooperation with the event organizer. Through optimized technical and production solutions, the client received a level of scope and quality that exceeded initial expectations while staying within the approved budget.
